End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Terms of Service, Webnotes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Webnotes software application (the "Software") for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Use the Software to build a competing product
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

3. Ownership

The Software and all intellectual property rights in it are and remain the exclusive property of Webnotes. Your user-generated content remains yours, as described in the Terms of Service.

4. Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time, including by adding or removing features. Updates are subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by separate terms.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software. We may also terminate the license at any time at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBNOTES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
