By accessing or using Webnotes (the "Service") at webnotes.work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Webnotes is an infinite spatial canvas for organizing notes, files, and ideas. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing
• Attempt to breach the security of the Service or other users
• Scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Webnotes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the legality of your content and for backing up your own data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason. You may delete your account at any time through the Service's settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
